Bigger Turbo Problem

I've just changed turbo for my 9000CSE. It's a relative bigger one (my mech. said it's brought from an nissan 200SX engine). After installation , every thing seems fine but the only problem is whenever I hit a boost and then suddenly release the gas padel, the whossss sounds from bypass valve is up so loud , loud enough to hear it by the rock concert was turned on. My mech. said I should add one more bypass valve or replacing to a Dump Valve! Now , should I go for it or not.
Thank You
Bruce
