I think you've got a bit of a red herring there.
That info pertains to GT-series turbos which (AFAIK) use ball bearings. The T3 in your 900 (assuming same type as installed at factory) uses sleeve bearings.
There's a fundamental difference between ball and sleeve bearings. I'm oversimplifying this a bit, but basically ball/roller bearings rely on *presence* of oil to work, while sleeve bearings require oil *pressure*.
The idea of putting a restrictor in the oil line scares me. If it clogs, your turbo will self-destruct in short order. Plus, the pressure drop across the orifice will depend on oil viscosity which can vary considerably.
Bottom line, the turbo on your car was designed to run in the same range of oil pressure the engine supplies *without* a restrictor and my advice would be to leave it that way!
