Cruise, SRS, Trionic ECU? Boost hunting. Dexter,
Last year I hunted down a base-boost-only issue on my 1994 CS Turbo. Perhaps some of these issues are affecting your car:
1. Cruise control was signalling "ON" to the ECU at all times via the red wire (Pin 1?) out of the Cruise ECU - "high" all the time. Probably due to a bad relay in the controller, swapped it out for another controller (picked up for $20) with a properly signalling pin 1. This ECU is the same for 1993 and 1994 cars, "might" also be he same for 1992 and 1993 900 cars (this is what's in my car now) after removing mounting flange.
2. BPC Solenoid was fried on one side. There should be approximately 3 ohms between the center pin and either of the outer pins. One side of mine was either shorted or open, forget which.
3. Drive transistor for BPC on the Trionic ECU was taken out by number 2, above. This was my last thing to do, swapped that out and full boost returned.
The SRS computer has NO AFFECT on boost, controls airbag and seat tensioners only.
