If you're planning further upgrades and you like the ability to have your car custom tuned, then SQR and Maptun are probably your best bets. Fredrik at maptun and Frank at SQR are brilliant. Both will tweak your car's software based on your specific mods, not just what's on a list of stage mods. If you're planning on attending the Saab Owners Convention, Frank Stromqvist of SQR will be there to tune your car in person. Paul at Automotion handles SQR (and races a baaaaad SQR-tuned 9000 on weekends) Group 9 handles maptun.
For basic setups, Nordic has EXCELLENT customer service and a growing reputation. (They're handled by Nick Taliaferro of GenuineSaab. A Class A guy.) MP Performance is collaborating with Powerchips to offer a range of software. Chris Paden -- ckpaden -- will answer any questions you can come up with!
BSR and Speedparts offer the same stuff (Speedparts buys it from BSR.) Hirsch is expensive and you need to go to Switzerland. Abbott is VERY expensive and I'm not sure they're still offering SW, or whether its their own.
