Rear Brake Bearings

We were attempting to figure out how in the world you get the rear brake bearings out of the car, but we got stumped. Does anyone know how to do this. In the pics we've looked at it shows the smaller bearing and sleve going out the front and the larger out the rear, but how do you do that?
