The motor with 120hp is called the Super Street engine. I know some of you have achieved these power levels but I was curious to see if any people flat out bought the whole motor. Does it make the sonett much faster than our own modified engines? I suppose Mark Ashcraft could answer this but he's a busy man and I'd like to hear from you guys.
On another note, heres a little story:
Last summer after I put in the F4 cam (the last performance part I could add) I had it up to 110mph. Thats about 6000 rpms, really cookin. When I got up to 95 the headlights popped up and I had to slow down to push the lever in, then I had to hold it in as I got back up to speed. My sonett has stock tires and a speedometer that is very accurate. I tested it with a GPS, surprisingly it does not read fast or slow. Anyway I had to test the top end speed just once to see if my time and money did anything in that regard. Anyone else with stories?
