Try holden dot co dot uk (I don't know if I'm allowed to post links), then navigate to "electrical"-->"lighting"-->"headlamp parts." The headlamp buckets/assemblies are made by Lucas, and they have parts for both the 7" and 5 3/4" light sets (inner driving lights are 5 3/4").

BTW, you can use hi or hi/low bulbs for the inner set--I couldn't find hi-beam only, so I'm running hi/lows--and use either filament just by swapping the wires in the socket. You can also wire your Aux switch to have the driving lights on at will (not just with the main hi-beams)--the relay is energized by a signal from the hi-beam light in the dash, so if you use a lead from the dash lights instead (I took a lead off from the dash rheostat) you can turn the driving lights on or off any time your main lights are on. If you do this, you might want to use the low beam filaments on the driving lights to avoid blinding oncoming traffic, or at the very least make sure they are aimed down.
