Guys,
My friend figure it out that the unknown seal fit into the inside of the input shaft rubber seal that is facing the transmission. I believe it came off when I remove the input shaft seal using a flat screwdriver.

The freewheel and freewheel hub looks like there are enough teeth.

I also did not any find any sign of major problems in the gear box.
