Found the Nines issue..its # 237 by Bruce Turk

According to the article, for a total suspension rebuild, you will need these parts:

Part # Description Qty
7071145 Rubber Bumper 4
7163603 lower control arm bushings 4
7184443 upper control arm bushings 4
7372170 ball joint 4
7372162 tie rod ends 4

I bought the ball joints and tie rod ends from another source(Scandia autosport 188890turbo and local import parts place)

The ball joints and tie rod ends are sealed (no grease fittings) so
they are universal.

I have not replaced the bushings but I should have. Also check the
upper control arm bolts. Mine were loose and seems like the weld
nuts were stripped. When I tightened them, my driveline shudder
went away for a day or two. I check the bolts again and they
were loose. I bought longer bolts and am backing the weld nuts with
another nut.
