Saab used ISO bubble flare and double flare non-ISO ends on both their brake and clutch systems! The clutch line is an 18-inch long 3/16" line with an ISO bubble flare 3/8-24 male long fitting at one end, and double flare (not ISO) 3/8-24 male short fitting at other end. You can get this custom fabricated at a specialty fitter. A vendor like http://www.hoseandfittingsetc.com should be able to do this easily. Make sure that you specify the different ends and the fitting lengths correctly or the line will probably leak.
