So my master clutch and brake are at apple getting redone and clutch slave. I have a hydraulic shop building me a line for the master to slave clutch for 60$. My orig line was striped (Good deal?)While they are away I drained the trans fluid. The drain plug had light shavings but nothing unusual. The car had sat for some years. Got the engine to run but could not move the stick shift. I am ordering some redline 70w80 but read that I should maybe run some ATF drive it before I put the good oil in to clean the trans. Need advice. I am not sure that the trans works and hope that once I get the new master and slave clutch I will be able to shift it and get it to move. I would hate to put all that red line in to fine out that the trans need to come out. Thoughts. Thanks for all your advice
