Chad-
You have very few options if you wish to do it correctly. First, take off the handles/trim and the interior panel. If you can get to it, there is a hex nut 1 5/16". It will take a THIN open end wrench. (window rolled UP)Hold the door button on the outside, while turning the nut inside the door to tighten. The problem is that these little doors are packed with metal bracing that is in the way of doing this simple wrenching. It can be done on early doors without the impact bar....or...
I find it easier to open the door, roll the window UP, drill out the rivets on the back & bottom, and pull back the door skin VERY GENTLY. (Just enough to give some working room INSIDE the door, maybe an inch) Then do the wrench from the inside of the door.
...or...
Otherwise, you need to remove the door completely, remove ALL rivets, and with the door skin completely off- tighten the lock button nut.
These stupid nuts do get loose. They are mean to the fiberglass, taking bites out of it and making the fit less than tight.
The door removal/repair/reinstall will take a slow man an afternoon. You will need a rivet gun ($14.00), some rivets ($3.00), some alloy washers for the rivets ($2.00), and fiberwashers to save your paint from chipping ($.80).
Finding the open end wrench will be your greatest challenge- go to Sears.
