Quick intro; I've been lurking here for a number of months in anticipation of beginning work my '69 v4. I've recently picked up a '72 III which will probably end up as a mechanical spares car...

I'm planning to restore the '69 to a daily driver level (after A LOT of rust repair...but I just LOVE the body style!) and was wondering if the '72 Sonett III windshield will fit the '69 v4. The '69's windshield is sand pitted & wiper scratched whereas the '72 windshield is original SAAB glass & is perfect. Hence my hope to swap...they look close but I've learned the hard way that with glass, close isn't good enough. Thanks in advance!
