Wow, whoda thunk it? (Thanks for posting the link, jeffW!)
I'm ALMOST tempted to try it myself! (The one thing that makes me mildly envious of Brit-crock-sportscar owners is my inability to see the sky while enjoying a drive in my Sonett.) One good thing about these aftermarket sunroofs is that the frame is usually wide enough to cover (slight) inaccuracies in cutting the hole. And for those of us with droopy headliners, this might be an interesting way of holding it up!
BUT... one big caveat that occurs to me is that, as we all know, a Sonett is kinda short on headroom to begin with. If the mounting frame happens to pass through the space where your head wants to be, there'd be even less. So, I would want to measure the dimensions VERY carefully before ordering, to determine exactly where that frame would go. If it turns out that the edge of the hole runs right over the driver's seat, I'd be inclined to tread warily (the smaller size might be a safer bet than the larger size...)
