Smaller steering wheel

I'm an average-size guy, but getting my right thigh under the stock Sonnet steering wheel is a squeeze. Then, when I'm in position to drive, it feels like I'm yankin' my crank whenever I turn the wheel. What's the best place to search for a smaller wheel? I've heard that the wheel from an 850 GT fits the splines, but good luck finding one of those in a junkyard.
