I think he means he cannot find new ones for sale, not that he cannot locate them on the car. Assuming the fitting style is the same as my '69 95, it is called a "bubble flare." I am told the style exists in both a metric and an inchic version (referring to the threads on the nut), mine has the inch version, I believe the threads are 3/8"-24, I don't know if the bubbles are identical or different. My brake supplier has these lines in standard lengths from which you should be able to make what you need to replace yours (rusted out I assume); you will have to fiddle the lengths to match what you need, possibly joining multiple pieces (I presume coupler fittings are available) and looping excess length out of the way somehow. I do not know of tooling to form new flares on this type of line so you are probably stuck with the stock lengths.
There is doubtless somebody somewhere who could make up new lines for you to length with the bubble flares, but I have never found them. Converting to another fitting style is probably out of the question, you would need new cylinders at all wheels + master cylinder that would fit the Saab but have the other fitting style, they probably don't exist. I would not recommend running brake lines under the car--at least on the 95/96, because of the flat floor pan there is no way to run them in a protected location, like inside the frame rails as is done on most vehicles.
Last note--flush & exchange your brake fluid every 2 years. This will prevent internal corrosion and help all hydraulic parts last longer.
