If this happens just past the apex just as you're flooring the throttle for the exit, don't forget about the possibility that the accelerator pump isn't squirting enough. I think the FoMoCo has an adjustment for pump stroke, & I believe you can change the pump jet on some Webers.
Still, my first guess would be that it's fuel sloshing in the float bowl and being pulled away from the jets. I get the same thing exiting fast turns and my car has a Solex, so it probably isn't carb-specific. Baffling the float bowl seems like a good bet, but I haven't figure out how to do it.
