Chaz, the slave cylinder should not be honed. You may be able to have your old one sleeved, but as I said you should not hone the old one. It may work for a bit but your time and efforts removing, installing and then having to call for a tow truck will be costly. The cylinder bore was desigined for a specific piston/seal unit and honing only removes additional material that the normal everyday (for thirty years) wear and tear did not. A honed Sonett clutch slave cylinder's bore is too large for the original seals and fails in a very short time after the rebuild. I have also seen new ones for sale on e-bay (I bought one after I did what you have done). Good Luck!
