- 1994 Saab 9000 CS Turbo (Posted 12/19/2016) SOLD
Color: Scarabe Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 139,500 Price: $1,100
2.3L Turbo 5spd Manual Trans. I am the original owner of this car and have all receipts for work performed. Everything works; well almost. Driver side heated seat doesn't, the ABS light comes and goes and central locking is getting a little balky. Never in an accident and always garaged in California. Runs extremely well. I added an Aero suspension and 16" Ronal wheels, which improved handling. I have all of the service records since it was new. Initially 3k miles oil and filter changes, until I switched to synthetic and changed the interval to every 5k miles. Brakes, Rotors and Front Axles done 2K miles ago. Tires have about 10K miles. I have some manuals, odd spare parts and a thick promotional brochure from Saab with every specification. This car should go to a Saab type of individual. A/C ice cold, All records, Excellent condition, Except some retard scraped the driver's side in a parking lot. Never seen snow, No accidents, Non-smoker, One owner, Title in hand, Upgraded sound system.
- 1997 Saab 9000 CSE (Posted 12/19/2016)
Color: Black Trans: Automatic Mileage: 158,000 Price: $2500
Car has 158000 miles on it, but previous owner put a newer engine and tranny with 75k, so by now they should be at around 100k. Runs great, turbo is strong, transmission shifts smoothly, very quick and feels very tight with all the new parts. Goes faster and stops better than my old 9k did. And nothing's leaking at the moment. So far, all this has been done within past 500 miles: New exhaust from cat back, new radiator and hoses, new General Altima HP high performance all season tires (Tire Rack rated #1 in class), new Sachs rear shocks (shock towers are solid), new motor and tranny mounts, new valve cover gasket and retorqued head bolts, new front control arm bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends sway bar links etc, new hood struts and hatch struts (no more decapitation hazard!), new battery, new cabin air filter and vacuumed ductwork, replaced all door handles ('97 bad year for cracking handles), fixed leaking washer bottle. Stereo Upgrade: Replaced rotten speaker cones with Infinity Kappa components in front, and Kappa 6x9s in rear deck. Replaced flaky original radio/CD with JVC receiver with USB, iPod, MP3 CD playback. Rebuilt power antenna. Replaced rusty left front fender with a nice freshly painted solid one. Black leather interior is in nice shape and hardly shows any wear -- it's the Isle of Weir Scottish leather, not the Elmo stuff that dries and cracks. No rips or tears but one open seam on rear seat. A/C is ICE COLD and has never required topping up. All power windows work, front/rear wipers work, both power seats and memory work (driver seat heater doesn't), central locking works. Any 9000 you find for sale needs AT LEAST all the stuff I've done so far -- these are all typical problems, so a "cheap" 9000 ends up five grand or more real fast. May need thermostat, as I notice heat is slow to come on recently. I must have at least 3 grand in parts and labor in this car so far. Just make me a reasonable offer that doesn't hurt too much. If you need shipping - I know several auto shippers - one here in PA and one in Mass. Car is for sale locally on Craigslist too. Pics and details:

This beautiful car is a real "eye catcher" and I hope it goes to a true Saab enthusiast who will appreciate what great condition it's in. This car has never been parked outside. It has NO rust, dents, or dings and has a beautiful shiny black paint and clear coat. Interior is perfect. I'm the second owner and bought it from a doctor who took exceptionally good care of it. Excellent condition inside and out. New Michelins. Runs strong and fun to drive.
- 1993 Saab 9000 CSE Turbo (Posted 12/13/2016)
Color: Dark Gray Trans: Automatic Mileage: 212,000 Price: $1950
Well maintained by Peterson Automotive, Skokie since purchase in 97 with history. Garage kept through 2015. Fully loaded (sun/moon roof, heated seats, leather interior, upgraded sound system, heated mirrors). Rear seats fold for large cargo. Great mechanical condition and clean interior. Turbo went in approx. 2010 but did not replace since I only drive local now. Needs arms that hold hood open, window washer container, and likely new battery-battery drains due to infrequent driving. Rust spots on lower door panels and some small paint chips on hood. This luxury sedan model introduced in 1993 and produced for 5 years with a total of 503,000 units. Has modest 212,000 approx miles-my last went to 368,000+ when sold. Desiring to sell before 12/20 as do not want to juggle cars in one car garage and drive over winter.

- 1997 Saab 9000 CSE Anniversary (Posted 12/7/16)
Color: Scrable Green Trans: Automatic Mileage: 147,000 Price: $4000
Totally stock car. Tried to keep original. Only radio aftermarket, (previouse owner cut wire to install audio). Fresh rebuilt engine vs new internal parts. New water pump, (a/c) dosnt work. After engine rebuild, didn't try to charge him. Works fine. Wood steering wheel. Wood door inner side. Everything original. If you ask me about rust... Yeah, you are right. For his age, he has some light rust spots on front left fender. That's it. Runs very quick. I loved my A-50, but too many 9000s in the home. No room for incoming new family toys.

- 1994 Saab 9000 Aero (Posted 11/6/2016)
Color: Eucalyptus Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 240K Price: $1200 OBO
Driver's rear strut has punched through, rust found throughout undercarriage including frame rails. Other than these major issues the car is in good shape. Motor is in great shape, as is turbo, exhaust, no TCS. Hate to part with the car, it was my dream car (and still is) but I am am not able to make the necessary repairs and I don't want to see it rot. Car was taken off the road recently and I start it up from time to time. Plenty of recent repairs and overall is a complete car (manuals, tool kit etc). Oil was replaced religiously with synth every 5K and I have service records dating back to 2003. Feel free to email me and I can provide a list of highlights and issues with the car as well as a bunch of pictures. Car is located in Northwest Connecticut.

- 1996 Saab 9000CSE (Posted 11/1/2016)
Color: Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 118,500 Price: $5500
I don't want to sell this car but retirement looms so I have to downsize the fleet. My last 9000 so also comes with some parts and service manuals. Second owner since 2001, not driven in snow, had other heaps for that. Had to decide between this one and my 9^5 Aero, decided to keep the Aero for my daily driver as the 9000 was just too nice to use for the winter weather here. The front passenger seat needs new gearbox for the fore-aft movement (have parts to repair), ABS light is on (left front axle tone wheel needs to be cleaned, typical 9K weakness), everything else works. Have replaced heater core and blower motor, front struts, brake lines with stainless braided teflon hose, ATE pads and rotors, fuel pump. New serp belt, pulleys and tensioner in the last year. My favourite driving car (even more than the Aero), but there comes a time...

- 1993 Saab 9000 CSE (Posted 10/22/2016)
Color: Citrin Trans: Manual Mileage: 149,000 Price: $1500
EXCELLENT MECHANICAL CONDITION I bought this car 2003 (second owner) at 70k. It was my daily driver until 2013 and was maintained by Embarcadero Automotive, authorized SAAB mechanics. At 141k in September 2012, I spent several thousand, fully intending to run this car for another ten years, rebuilding the transmission, new clutch, slave cylinder, new radiator, heater core, motor mounts (upper, lower), poly bushings, Potenza tires and more. A year later I got a deal on a much newer and luxurious car that became my daily. I never intended to sell this car as it is the quickest and most fun SAAB I've owned. Street cleaning and parking tickets finally has gotten to me. Some issues that are really not that bad; Two rust areas on the roof that started as pin pricks, now roughly 2x3, One area is next to the sun roof that is still operable, the rest of the car is a rust free CA car, front passenger window difficulty tracking, AC dry since '05, turbo can over-boost in high gear if you slam the pedal too quickly - probably a torn membrane (I have driven it like this for years, no problem), one headlight wiper blade is missing and on my fun drive last night the SRS lit up. Strong well maintained car that is as tight as new. SAAB rubber mats, no ripped leather, low miles on brakes, clean title smogged and licensed. In short, this car is in great shape but for some small issues. Someone will get many more years of enjoyment at a great price. The rebuilt tranny is worth twice what I'm asking for the enter car. It just gotta go.

THIS CAR RUNS. SELLING FOR RESTORATION AND PARTS ONLY. This 9000 CSE was my daily driver up until this summer. Yes, the mileage is correct. The engine and trans have been replaced around 200,000 miles ago. The car starts and runs good. The oil pan was dropped around 5,000 miles ago with no sludge build up on the receiver. The auto trans will need new governor seals to shift properly. Power locks are not working. Exhaust needs repair and windshield is cracked. ACC works and AC blows cold. Alpine USB/CD in excellent condition with original Harmon-Kardon Speakers. Continental snow tires with 80 tread remaining. The car does not leak any fluids. Turbo is strong. - 1997 Saab 9000 Aero (Posted 10/18/2016) SOLD
Color: Midnight Blue Mica Trans: Manual Mileage: 41,090 Price: $13,995
Here is a rare find that never seems to come along. 1997 9000 AERO with a manual transmission with only 41,090 miles. It is a one owner California car! Color is Midnight Blue with the parchment leather interior. The underside of this car is in spectacular condition, even the wheel wells look like new! The car comes to our dealership purchased through an Estate sale in California. The exterior body is in great shape as well. The paint is still very very nice. There are two clearcoat scratches (LR quarter, RR door) and there is one ding in the right front fender. Looking down the side of the car, the doors have a couple of minor dings, nothing horrible. A paint-less dent removal service can make this car look more spectacular than it already does! The interior is also in beautiful shape. The dash is perfect with the exception of one crack that is two inches long located in front of the sun sensor right before the windshield. Can't be seen from the driver's seat. The only other fault to the interior, it looks like someone repaired the passenger's seat near the shifter. The repair looks good but want to mention it. Also, the driver's seat heater does not seem to be working. We did not look into it, might just be a switch? Other than the items described, this car is an amazing original unrestored survivor. It stands tall at every angle including underneath! It has been through our SAAB service center. All fluids changed. New SAAB OEM brake rotors and pads. New Continental Contacts replaced the beautiful but dry rotted Michelins. It drives beautifully down the road. A great chance to own a wonderful piece of SAAB history and to be able to drive a real SAAB ! Please feel free to call or email me with any questions. Greg Smith R.L. Smith Sales Inc. - 1998 Saab 9000 CSE/Super Aero (Posted 9/27/2016) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 197,xxx Price: $1650
It has come time for me to part with my 9000, it has been a great run, but it is time for something newer. Over the past year of ownership I have invested $1500 in repairs, all of which are included in the complete service history back to '98. She still runs and drives, but is in need of some items in the near future. Those are: Clutch, slave cylinder, front sway bars (front passenger snapped), exhaust hangers, rear rotors. It has a few accessories that stopped working, but I haven't investigated, those are: driver heated seat, driver seat adjustment, cruise control, AC. The body of the car is in OK shape, there is bubbling just behind the rear wheels, as well as the front driver fender. It has the Recaro seats installed in the front, and the rears are included, but not installed. Both are still in great shape. Motor is strong, as is the boost, it is a total riot at WOT with a stage 1 tune from Mike D. I am the fourth owner of the vehicle. Please email me with any questions. Thanks. Brandon
- 1994 Saab 9000 Aero (Posted 9/26/2016) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 165,000 Price: $1,850
This car has been garaged, but not driven since 2015. The only rust are dime sized spots on the front hood. It is the Aero model with 5 speed transmission and Recaro seats. It does need master clutch cylinder replacement. Also included are Hakapellita snow tires mounted with Aero rims in excellent condition and an additional muffler. The car is in nice shape, but will need some TLC, and would be a great example to complete or use for parts.

- 1995 Saab 9000 CSE V6 (Posted 9/16/2016) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Automatic Mileage: 59,586 Price: Auction
NO RESERVE eBay Auction! Fully loaded, very low mileage SAAB 9000 CSE with rare V6 engine. I am a Saab enthusiast, I own 4 Saabs currently but must sell this one due to my storage garage being damaged and having to be rebuilt. I purchased this 9000 in June 2016 in CT, the previous title was from New Jersey. This car is in fantastic overall condition for a 21 year old vehicle. I drove it 220 miles from CT to my home in New Hampshire without a problem - great riding car! My plan was to do the things that were needed to be done to make this a perfect Saab specimen but because of a tree crashing through my off site garage this car has sat in my driveway with my truck and three other Saabs - wife says sell some cars! This is a beautiful black on black that appears to be rust free, no smells (smells like Saab leather) no evidence of smoking or pets. Tires were new 12,202 miles ago - see receipt. Everything is in remarkable working condition but it does need some work to make it a show piece - needs a new windshield - a couple of sensor lights are on (see photo) - as expected a few scratches, dings and one dent on driver's door that looks like an easy fix, previous owner had full inspection prior to selling (see report). Inspection noticed some oil on engine but I have had it parked for 3 months and oil level is perfect. I did notice that the rear headrests were removed at some point, I'm sure original owner did for visibility and lost them but it looks great without. My hope is a fellow Saab enthusiast wins this auction as preservation of such an example is important to me. This is not a good 1st vehicle - it's 21 years old! Lots of photos and one of my poor garage that pinned my 2011 Saab 9-5 - but she survived. Shipping is buyer's responsibility but must be picked up ASAP.
- 1994 Saab 9000 Aero (Posted 9/13/2016) SOLD
Color: White Trans: Manual Mileage: 230,000 Price: $3000
I am very sad to be selling my Saab 9000 Aero but the time has come to move on. I recently took the car in for suspension work and found out that my rear strut mounts are rusted and the car will need rust repair in order to be drivable again. This car has been meticulously maintained at local saab shops only and I have a detailed service history. It has always been garaged and has a set of continental extreme tires with only 10,000 miles. The odometer reads 230,000 however the engine block was replaced (new heads, pistons, etc) at 60,000 and the new engine has 170,000 miles. Recent repairs have included a new climate control system, rebuilt transmission and new clutch (20,000 miles ago) This car also has several performance upgrades including a JT 3 exhaust and an ECU tune from John Williams (JZW) The car has amazing power and the interior has been well maintained. I would love to see this car go to a loving Saab enthusiast who appreciates the best Saab model of all time, the 9000 Aero! More photos available in classified gallery:
- 1998 Saab 9000 (Posted 9/7/2016) SOLD
Color: Scarab Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 255,700 Price: $1400
I've owned this car for 10 years and the last 150,000 miles. Excellent drive train. Still goes red on the turbo gauge. Clean shock towers. Very little rust. Here's the bad: cracked leather (no holes or open seams), SRS light, ABS light, small exhaust leak, funky gauges on dash (doesn't affect operation.), AC works but only holds a charge for a year or so. The good: new ball joints, pads and rotors, good 16" summer tires, good Hakka R's on 15" wheels, two extra red DIs. At around 160k replaced heater core, blower, clutch, head gasket, speedo gear and main tranny bearings. We now have four vehicles and two retired drivers.
