We have been restoring this car both mechanically and the body. This car has been stripped down all seats carpeting has been removed to ensure there is no rust and had treatment to help prevent rust in the future. All are mechanical work and bodywork was performed by a Saab certified mechanic.
BODY/Cosmetic: A new paint job, new interior dash cover, new convertible top etc.

Second owner car. 10 yr. old top in A+ condition, with boot/case. Interior in A condition - door side panels redone recently, carpet is clean, and only one crack in passenger seat leather, dash has couple hairline cracks, new aftermarket speakers. Mechanically in A condition. Just installed new water pump and belts and all maintenance has been thorough - runs strong. Some rust around wheel wells. The front end, rear bumper cover, and passenger rear quarter panel have damage from wreck. Great candidate for makeover! This is an amazing car. Get ready to put the top down as spring is just around the corner. I would keep this car but I am reluctantly selling it because it is my fourth car. This is the newest convertible that you can buy that was truly made by Saab before GM took over production. This car is fully equipped with a 5-speed manual transmition, all leather interior and an upgraded stereo deck, amp., and speaker system. This car was maintained by my brother-in-law a Saab technician. New parts include, distributor, complete exhaust system, spark plugs, both rear calipers, rear break pads and hardware, all belts, front shock bushing, interior light switches, and more. 1994 Saab 900 Turbo Commemorative Convertible (Posted 3/1/2010)

The SAAB 900 Turbo Commemorative Edition Convertible was offered in the US market in September of 1993. This model was only available as a convertible with a manual transmission. It has a 185 HP engine which gave it the same performance as the 1993 Commemorative Edition Turbo Coupe. The extra horsepower was achieved through the modified "red box" APC. The exterior of the car is Nova black metallic. It is the only SAAB model that has this color. It also has a tan leather interior with charcoal grey piping. This is car # 200 of only 500 produced and includes a burled walnut instrument panel facia. The original retail price was $40,415. The car has a new factory canvas top. The only item not original is the stereo, which was upgraded to a Blaupunkt MP3000 Receiver. Garage kept, new condition. Owner prefers phone calls.

Fun top-down motoring. This is an excellent example of the very last year of the Classic Swedish body style Convertibles. This year and model was recently featured in hemmings because of its significance as a classic. This car is in very good condition. Leather has no tears, seat heater, 5 spd manual. beautiful blue on blue on gray. The car has been serviced by Saab specialists only. 167k miles. It has had recent brakes, new gaskets, new convertible top with highest quality fabric installed with new heated rear window. New Billstein shocks. Recent tune-up included wires, plugs, distributor, dialing in the knock sensor and turbo waste gate for optimal boost. The car accelerates strong and handles beautifully. aprox $4000 invested in the last year and a half to make the car drive like new. Power windows, mirrors and roof. Power seats.
