Color: Tan Trans: Manual Mileage: 108,000 see Price: $7,500
This is a great car that has had a lot already done to it and runs great. My son
is a US Marine and bought this car in hopes of working on it and one day showing
it at car shows. After his first deployment and increased training we found out
he will not have time and or the money to spend on the car. The following work
has been completed on the Saab specialty shop (The Swedish Garage) so when he
came home he could drive it around and enjoy it. This car was built with a 4
cylinder Ford motor which had been replaced with a Ford v6 in the late 80's so
the motor has less miles. I also have extra replacement parts and (3) wind
shields that will come with the car at no extra charge.New Brakes Pads,Rotors
and Drums turned, New Holley Carb, New Valve Cover Gaskets, New Clutch custom
machined to handle the extra horse power of the v6, New Tires, all lights,
radio, and heater work. If you would like additional pictures email me and I
will send them ASAP

- 1971 Saab Sonett (Posted 6/2/2014) SOLD
Color: Yellow Trans: Manual Mileage: 34,000 Price: $4800
Great fun to drive and mechanically sound. All rust repaired. Paint has some spidering and chips but still looks decent from 30 ft. Engine has MSS carb/manifold, hardened valve seats, lightened flywheel, race cam, MSS exhaust, driving lights, small bumpers, cut springs. Transaxle rebuilt by MSS 7K ago, New clutch plate, fuel and water pump replaced and radiator recored. I installed an LED brake light in back hatch that is almost unnoticeable until lit to help get the attention of those behind. Also put in an air horn. There is even a 5-point racing harness but I never used it. Headliner not sagging. 5th soccer ball in trunk. I also have Sonett service manual. I bought the car 15 years ago from a college professor who restored it in his retirement. It’s been fun but I have a kid in college and just don’t have the time or space for it.
