It is much more important to1) follow the recommendations for warm up and cool down; and2) use a suitable quality oil (I have used castrol 10w30 in thepast, but when my turbo returns to action I'll be using valvoline15w40 turbo V.)Working on saabs is tricky; I've spent a lot of time repairing saabsand find that there is a very large bag of tricks that you have toknow if you want things to go easily.
