Dennis, As you stand in front of your 9000 with the hood open, the AIC valve will be a horizontal brass colored cylinder in front of and held to the throttle assembly by a clamp. You should see a wire and connector on your left and a hose with a clamp on your right. May I suggest you get your hands on the Haynes manual. It has the photos in it, as well as instructions on how to replace it. By the way. Did you clean your throttle plate assembly?. That is another area that can cause a problem.
