I bought my '94 900S from Morrie's because Countryside didn't have any like I wanted, but since I live in St. Paul I've had almost all my service done at Countryside. The buying experience at Morries was almost pleasant, with lots of personal attention. [I believe Saab has a formal program which requires a certain amount of hand-holding before during and after the sale, including a video-taped presentation on the car and followup questionaires and phone calls, so I probably would have gotten the same from Morrie's.] I had the first service done at Morries and they were efficient and again went overboard trying to be "nice". Since then I've had all service done at Countryside and while they're not as obsequious as Morrie's the work has always been done correctly and on time. -- The opinions expressed here are the opinions of the author and do not represent the opinions of those who hold other opinions.
