Selling my 1990 900 S 5-speed, Edwardian Grey over Buffalo Grey leather. It's a beautiful car that runs but needs some work. Some of you may recognize this car from Bring a Trailer (Lot #140045, March 2024). The previous owner did a lot of good work- crank position sensor, fuel pump, pressure regulator, radiator, water pump, AC compressor, front brakes, ABS accumulator, alternator bushings, spark plugs, and tires. I've since had the alternator wiring and charging system repaired. Things that should be replaced or worked on are timing chain, drive belts, water pump, rear brake pads, and the power steering system needs work. The fuel gauge periodically goes out and the odometer stopped long ago. It comes with the original window sticker, service records, spare parts, and a clean Carfax. This is an honest car at an honest price for someone who wants to wrench on a classic 900. Located in Albuquerque, NM.

One family owner, Uncle to nephew. Just registered 113k miles,very good nearly original condition. I added a Swedish Dynamics retuned APC, Modern Classic Saab short-shift kit, Bilstein shocks. Rustproofed when new, no winter driving since 1992. Currently Pennsylvania inspected. The bad: no A/C, removed the compressor to save weight. (I still have it), sagging headliner in spots, slight drip of steering fluid. I've retired to Florida where the roads are flat and straight, no fun for a Saab driver. :). The car is in Western Pennsylvania. The paint is good (seems to look dull in photos taken in the shade.)

1990 Saab SPG Paint code 219 Talladega red. Since I have owned this, the entire car has been gone through. All of the Suspension removed cleaned and new Poly Powerflex purple bushings installed with new shocks. The interior has been redone with L-Seat red leather seats. The air bag system has been removed and a steering column and wheel from non airbag car installed. Also ABS braking system was removed and replaced with brake system from non ABS car. The engine was stripped and taken to machine shop and had cylinder walls honed, New piston rings and all bearings in block were replaced. Head was also done by machine shop and new valve stem seals installed. Over 6k in as many new parts that could be sourced were installed in the rebuild. The car has had about 1500 miles put on since the rebuild was completed. The SPG has a Jetex turbo back exhaust sourced from UK. Have photos from all of the work. I have a clean New York title.

'89 900 Turbo. Runs Great! Exterior paint in excellent condition. Clean leather interior. 2nd owner. Always garaged. Colorado car. Odometer shows 107K miles when it stopped working, estimated 25-35K additional milage. All the electrical, ie, windows, sunroof, mirrors, and radio work, but the AC does not. Rare Ruby Metallic Red Turbo purchased by original owner through SAAB Diplomatic/Military sales, Japan. "Ruby Red" was not an option on NA c900 Turbos. Stock whale tail, stainless sport exhaust, both in excellent condition. Dealer installed SAAB engine tuning kit, Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator, High Flow Injectors. Factory SPG springs and Bilstein B6 shocks added later. Solid front motor mount was added in 2005. Engine is estimated at 240 hp. New rims were fitted in 2010. Regular oil changes w/ Castrol and MANN oil filters. Red Line MTL in gearbox. Eclipse CD Radio unit with amp in boot professionally installed by previous owner. Comparably fitted to the British RH Drive "Ruby Edition." Overall condition is excellent. Never been in an accident. There are two small dings, one below right side of whale tail. Another below passenger door handle. Also, a small hole left side of passenger seat back. All present when I purchased car. Car has never been driven in snow/salt conditions. Minimal driving in rain. Always garaged. Recent check-up by Matt Carr at Scott Carr's Auto Shack. A very clean SAAB 900Turbo. (small hole) also at L-side base or driver's seat * (snow/salt) conditions.

Project or pars car. The good.. motor runs, body solid in structure areas, no floor or trunk rust. has Intrax springs which I believe are the best and now hard to find, Koni gas shocks both springs and shocks are fairly new, Tail waste gate with 3" downpipe, hot rod cam, racing seat, aftermarket gauges, boost, oil pressure, water temp, battery located in trunk, all glass good.The bad.. tranny grinds in 2nd, body does have some rust, no interior, I believe this car was being built for racing but could be brought back to life for street if you have a terminal rust one with a interior and other parts needed or make a track car. Best offer over $1000 the springs, shocks, Tail and downpipe are worth the price. Have other rust free c900 and 99 turbos and even the rare 5 doors to sell also a rusty CE 3 door,along with parts cars. Time to thin the heard. Tell me what you are interested in, photos available

I bought this car on eBay 2 years ago with a bad turbo and 85,000 miles on it. Since that time I've done the following: Rebuilt turbo Rebuilt fuel distributor New fuel pumps New fuel pressure accumulator Cleaned fuel tank New plugs and wires Had carpets cleaned Restored front seats I've fun out of time to finish the project. It runs rough and isn't ready to drive, compression check out good at 150 psi per cylinder. It is an automatic but I have a NA engine and transmission out of a 84 with 80k on them which is a manual, and all of the parts needed for a conversion. The wheels are off of an 85 spg, and I have lots of spare parts including bumpers, lights, calipers, fuel distributor and many other parts. This project is close to being done but I've run out of time. The body is is very good shape with very limited rust above a wheel well in a few small spots around the body. 1992 Saab 900 Project - Too Good to Let Fade Away They don't make them like this anymore, and this one is waiting for its second act. I'm looking for a Saab enthusiast to take the reins of this 1992 NA 900S. It is currently a non-runner, but it's a complete car with no rust, service records dating back to 2000, and a new suspension. It has been sitting for over a year and currently won't crank/has a suspected crankshaft position sensor or CPU issue. Before it went into storage, it was a smooth runner.
