1994 SAAB 900 Convertible Classic - Reliable & Well-Maintained. Good running condition with 165,000 miles. Daily driver and weekend trips since I bought it in 2009. Good running condition, engine and transmission operating fine. Has Massachusetts registration and current inspection. There are no serious mechanical issues, and the usual SAAB things. The replaced roof is the German Sonnenland with new rear window, also a parade cover. I will include collected parts, the service records, and the Official Service Manual. Also included, new Bosch fog lights, not installed. Good things like, roof, axles, rip free leather, 5 speed, 2.1 non turbo. Some of the not so good: Dash bezel (I have the new panels), steering wheel bushing worn (but still fine, new ones ready for install). Not original radio, the one in there looks and works fine (connects to Bluetooth). There is some rust, but not significant as it is kept in a garage and was not driven in winter since I've owned it. We acquired this SAAB in 2019 with about 70,000 miles on the clock. It now has covered about 84,000 miles, or about 14,000 miles in 7 years. This SAAB has always been a California car. NO RUST! This one has the SAAB 2.0 turbo engine (B 204). We have a CARFAX report from 2017. This car has been serviced at SAABs Unlimited in Reno. We have recently replaced the tires, battery, radiator, and rear muffler. The top worked when we got it, but it won’t go down now.

I purchased this car in May 2020 and have used it as an occasional weekend cruiser. Runs and drives. Power antenna works and has an aftermarket head unit that predates my ownership. No major rust on body or frame. Power top works fine. I replaced the brake pads and rotors as well as the rear calipers, all four hoses, and the rear axle hardline a couple years ago, but haven't put too many miles on the brakes. I also replaced the fuel pump and injectors not long after purchase. Cruise control does not work, and the seats are pretty worn. Has some small electrical gremlins; for example, I took the third brake light bulbs out because that light refuses to turn off. A/C has been R134 converted, but the dash button to turn it on misbehaves. The car is a bit of a project, but I'm moving soon and need to downsize my collection. I want to see it go to someone who can give it the time and attention it needs. Price is flexible, as I'm motivated to sell quickly.

1994 is the last year of the classic SAAB 900. Dark blue top over dark blue body with gray interior. Kept in my garage since 2014 purchase at 108k miles. Highest quality new German Sutterland cloth top w/ new glass rear window w/ defrost installed in June 2014. Motorized top works perfectly and looks like new. Runs and drives very well. Only 3000 miles on new tires and brakes installed July 2021 at 137K miles All-weather Toyo tires on original alloy rims and new front and rear brake pads and rotors. New radiator September 2019. New battery December 2024. Also included is the parade boot, a set of almost new Nokian Hakkapeliitta R snow tires mounted on SAAB steel wheels, and a set of wheel locks. A/C never converted, does not work. Headlight attachment points need to be fixed. Silver trim on front bumpers attached with tape. Seeps a little transmission fluid or oil and coolant. Battery runs down if not driven every two or three weeks. So, if it's going to sit for a while, I put it on the battery maintainer. Front passenger seat and rear seat need stitching. A few small rust spots. Glove box door doesn't fit right. Spare tire is a little over five years old. There is a CD player in the trunk, but I have never tried to see if it works. I have all service records since my purchase, and most, if not all service records going back to at least 2001. I also have a Carfax report from 2002. Please contact me for more information.

The car has been completely "stage zero" rebuilt, and a new German convertible top installed. New parts include the MITSU turbo, water pump, head gasket, PS pump, brakes, dampers, PS rack (Maval reman), radiator, grille, aftermarket E-codes, NAPA battery, Bosch starter, fuel pump, silicone vacuum hoses & coolant expansion tank. Conversion to a rebuilt manual 5 speed about 6K miles ago including new clutch, master & slave, flex line. The only non-SAAB modification is the conversion to BMW M3 convertible seats, which far exceed the comfort of the OE seats. Wind screen over the back seat to extend the topless season (also German made). Car was completely repainted with exception of hood, driver side front fender & door. Bumpers were replaced and painted with the proper SAAB color & clear. Head unit relocated to the lower cubby and a SIRIUS satellite receiver custom mounted at the top. The listing price is the most recent 15 car average of same optioned C900s on BaT, throwing out the high and the low. This convertible is ready to go! I'm sure going to miss it, and the next caretaker will love it.

Runs nicely, but needs someone that can show it some love. Engine purs like a kitten and so much fun to drive! Convertible works and cloth top has been replaced. A/C does not work. Front seats are in poor condition. Airbag/Anti Lock brakes light is on. Muffler has a small hole. Dashboard has cracks. Front passenger window switch or mechanism not working. I am sure a lot more, as you would expect in a 35 year old car. So this list is not comprehensive.

This all-original and well-maintained classic Saab is a clean, accident-free model that runs and drives exceptionally well—ready to enjoy immediately. The exterior is in excellent condition, with glossy paint and straight body panels. There are no notable chips, dents, scrapes, or fading. This is a well-preserved 1993 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible, finished in desirable Ruby Red Mica over beige interior, with just all original miles. A hard-to-find C900 convertible, it presents as a strong, highly usable enthusiast car with documented care and solid mechanical integrity. Owned since 2021, garage-kept, and well maintained. The 5-speed manual and turbocharged engine deliver the engaging driving experience these cars are known for. Recent work includes front brakes, both axle shafts, alternator, valve cover, window motor and switch, power antenna, and gear shifter. Purchased in 2021 with 97,500 miles. It's been driven in summer only and runs wonderfully. Selling only because moving and no room for it. Recent work done; Transmission and brake fluid, coolant and air filter replaced in 2023. Recent services by previous owner who was a mechanic: -injector o-rings. -vacuum lines. distributor shaft seal. -pilot bearing. -throw out bearing. -rebuilt slave cylinder. -steering shaft busing. -front motor mount. -shift coupler. -driver's side CV boot. -front shocks (bilstein b4). -cap, rotor, plug, wires. -coolant temp sensor. -oxygen sensor. Current issues: No AC, some electrical drain on battery, passenger wiper not functioning. No rust on the body, some surface rust on suspension components. The top is in great shape but does have two patch spots in the corners. (See pictures) Some of the dash material around radio, etc is peeling. Paint does have a few imperfections. Rear bumper has slight droop. Have put in new front leather seats, new Bluetooth radio with new speakers and dash cap. (normal cracking of dash which is now covered.) This gem has many more adventures in it!

Lots to like about this one, thanks to the previous owner I recently acquired it from. He installed a DO-88 front mounted intercooler, Modern Classic SAAB short-shifter, Koni adjustables, silicone hoses, snazzy 16" BBS-style wheels w/new tires, bluetooth radio, new muffler and tailpipes, silicon hoses. I added a new head gasket, blow-off valve, new hood liner and some other tweaks. This car runs great with turbo pulling deep into the red. Top in great condition. No known rust. Great finish. AC deleted. Power seats work, but heated seats inop., rear defrost inop. Know that the transmission shifts into third gear, but pops out when not under load. Very drivable as is. I'm finding and fixing other minor flaws as time allows. Reason for sale: I have two other C900's and need the shop space.

I purchased this 900 in 2024 from its second owner, a retired engineer no less, who had owned it for 21 years. Typical engineer, it came with 4 boxes of parts, shop manuals, an extra set of wheels (since sold), even the parade boot. 147,693 miles. Western Washington car free of the usual rust. Presentable paint. Usual dash cracks. Replacement gearbox, along with clutch and head gasket. Power seats, windows, locks. Clean Carfax. All the right history. The guy just wasn't driving it much anymore but was losing his off-street parking space. I snatched it up. Life was different for me then. I had just retired and had ambitious plans. Fast forward 2 years – I am immersed in a new job, weeds have taken over the yard, and my Saab has exactly 256 more miles. I do drive it every month. But it deserves to be DRIVEN, used and enjoyed (and now I really need the space). FULL DISCLOSURE STUFF: Minor dent along rocker under pass door. (see pics). Complete tan leather interior but split seams in rear seat and in lower driver's seat front. Reverse lights do not work. Seat heating element does not work. Valve cover drips at rear. Power top works well although the canvas (original?) is on last legs. Other stuff is old too – tires are from 2012, front shock and sway bar bushings could stand replacement, as would the pass side lower ball joint. Steering U-joint can be stiff and could use some oil. Fluids should be renewed. CV boots are torn. Brake accumulator takes 2-3 seconds to pressurize when cold. A/C compressor was removed long ago (PNW car, who needs AC?). Engine runs well, but the turbo doesn't make as much boost as it should, just 5-6psi. When APC solenoid is bypassed, it jumps to 12psi and pulls like a turbo should. Maybe solenoid? Knock sensor? Vacuum leak? Wastegate adjustment? Again, no time to chase. So think of it as 900T potential at 900S pricing.

1994 Saab 900S convertible with very low miles. Runs and drives well, engine runs strong, transmission shifts very crisp with no slipping. Replaced both front axles, battery and 4 tires. Car came from Florida and was a Vietnam Veterans donation car purchased from a Florida auction and transported to Pa. Car looks real good from about 15 feet away, was repainted by previous owner in Florida due to sun fade but the paint job, while shiny, is actually not the greatest, has numerous runs in the paint. Car is very solid underneath, especially around the front suspension mounting points where they are prone to rusting since it was not exposed to road salt. It does have an intermittent ABS warning light but stops fine. The interior is serviceable, front seats have no open seals or holes, one small tear in the rear seat bottom, but the interior could use a very good cleaning. The dash has a number of cracks but there is a dashboard top cover included. I have not completed the work as far as fixing up the interior and things because I am experiencing health issues. I am a former Saab Master Tech who has been repairing and selling Saabs for the last 30+ years, but health problems has precluded me to make the tough decision to start to liquidate my inventory of about 2 dozen Saabs. Delivery possible within a reasonable distance for an extra cost. Thank you for looking and if you have any questions, please contact me.
