Color: Steel Gray Trans: Manual Mileage: 142K Price: $4900
Runs and drives very well. Car came from North Carolina, none of the northeastern car rust issues. Replaced left lower control arm and battery. The convertible top works as it should, just replaced one of the hydraulic lines, top has no cuts or holes and does not leak. Just replaced the driver's seat bottom cover, the backrest has some wear but is very serviceable, rest of the interior is very decent. Body is nice, has a few dings normal for a 20+ year old vehicle, has a small scrape at the right rear wheel opening which I touched up. AC blows very cold and the other accessories operate as intended. Wheels could use refinishing, coating is peeling. I am a former Saab Master Tech who has been repairing and selling Saabs for the last 30+ years, but am experiencing some health problems which has precluded me to make the tough decision to start to liquidate my inventory of about 2 dozen Saabs. Purchased Oct 2011 w/82.5k miles. Just turned over mileage listed above. Not perfect, but perfect for her age. It's the most frustrating car I've ever loved! I'm too old for road trips and I bought an F150 for daily driving, so it's time she gets a new owner. Very dependable despite sensors that occasionally warn of non-existent issues. Everything works as it should except for some missing pixels in the radio and temp control readouts. The AC blows cold. Top doesn't leak, but is not as pretty as it used to be. Her name is Saabrina and she is an eye catching laser red with a beige top. 2nd owner for last 13 yrs. Fair weather car, driven only in late spring, summer, early fall. No corrosion or rust anywhere. Always garaged. Recent transmission fluid change, application of Renovo waterproofing to softop(April, 2025). Interior/exterior in excellent condition, rear seats barely used. Everything functions, ac, climate control, pwr windows, heated seats, 6 cd player, radio, power roof. Car runs great. ECN replaced in 2022, water pump@ 83,000 miles, fuel pressure and oil sensor in 2023. Floor mats, all weather mats, original owners manual, cargo net, 2 fobs, clean car fax and title. 49 made US 2008, only 6 in this color configuration. I no longer have garage space to adequately store, needs a new owner for someone to appreciate and continue to commemorate the SAAB brand.

Very Hard to find Glacier Blue 2004 9-3 Aero 2.0t Convertible for repair or parts. Please read entire posting. Purchased the car about 2 years ago with intent to repair it but took on too many projects. Car does have a salvage certificate. The only known damage is the front lower spoiler was torn off with some damage to the lower bumper and the radiator has a serious leak. There is another radiator included with the car. The car ran and drove when I purchased it but at present I cannot get it to start, it does crank over. The top is not torn but it is leak through the fabric and needs to be treated with canvas protectant. The interior is in need of work due to several seams in the seats being torn and also due to moisture damage from the top. The body other than the front bumper is very nice and so is the paint. Car came from Kansas and does not have rust issues that I am aware of. I am a former Saab Master Tech who had full intentions of making the repairs and keeping the car but am experiencing some health problems which has precluded me to make the tough decision to start to liquidate my inventory of about 2 dozen Saabs. This car has a salvaged title due to 1 area of hail damaged on the tonneau cover (picture) but can still be fully insured.Runs great. Engine has only 135k miles, was replaced in 2019 by Mile High Saab. Has new engine control module, ignition module, ABS module, new spark plugs and coils. No issues except the info dial skips around a bit which is typical for this car. Convertible roof hydraulics were replaced last year, roof opens and closes perfectly. There are some scratched on right rear quarter panel, and the left front skirt and a non vision impairing crack in the windshield, all pictured. Interior is in good shape for the year. This car has no rust and has been garaged as long as I've owned it.

Very straight and solid Aero 6 speed. Exterior cosmetics are well above average, with the exception of the sacrificial front spoiler, which has a couple of cracks in it. No scratches dents or clear coat damage. Top is good, works and does not leak. Underside has very minor surface rust in a few places, but is Otherwise very clean. Interior could use a bit of work, but it's still above average for a convertible. The driver's seat bolsters are fine. But the gentleman who drove the car before me was a big guy, and the seams have separated in a couple of places on the bottom cushion. Removal of the cover and repair by a good upholsterer would solve the problem. Some button wear and the shift gator and emergency brake handle are not in great shape. Otherwise, the rest of the seats, and interior good. All mechanical systems are good and the A/C blows cold. The Check engine light has come on a few times due to a pressure sensor (which appears to be a common occurrence with this car) but there is not any hesitation upon accelerating and my mechanic said it is not a concern just clear the code.

Lots of service done within past 3000 miles including all new rotors, pads tires, battery, alignment, and swaybar endlinks. Ride is tight and it handles well. Shocks/struts are good. The time has come to let our Viggen convertible go to the next enthusiast. Among the 62 Viggen convertibles with tan interior, there are only 35 in Black. The tan interior is specific to model year 2002 Viggens, with leathers carrying over to select 2003 convertibles equipped with 'Sport' Viggen aero package, but without the embossed Viggen logo, obviously. So, quite a rare find. We loved this one because it matches our 2000 Gary Fisher Edition 9-5 Wagon that is also Black over Tan. This is arguably one of the cleanest Viggen convertibles you'll find out there right now. Car has been freshly paint corrected and ceramic coated within the past 6 months and within the last year we have done typical maintenance along with replacing one of the heater hoses, doing a full brake system flush, and replacing both the front and rear struts with Bilstein B6 components and new stabilizer links. Also replaced trunk lid gas struts within the past 30 days. All pixels are accounted for in the SID and A/C display, the top operates smoothly and quickly, and even the power antenna works! The A/C blows cold, the heated seats heat. Basically everything is working as it should. It's sitting at just a hair over 112,000 miles and still pulls like new, with crisp clutch engagement and easy shifts through all of the gears. The top is in fantastic shape with just a couple very small wear spots (shown in the pictures). Headliner is also in really great shape, with really the only slight sagging showing on the edges where the bands have lost most of their elasticity, which you can also kind of see in the photos. Really not major, but that would be one item to make it absolutely perfect. Does not affect the operation in the slightest. The car really is a joy to drive, but we just aren't getting the use out of it like we thought we would. We travel a lot and when we're back in town, we often find ourselves taking one of our more modern cars around for errands and such, so this one ends up sitting. We're hoping to see this go to another enthusiast home that will actually drive it! Text or email with any questions.

Saab 9-3 2.0T convertible. 2 owners. Low miles. 60th anniversary package, including two tone leather seats. Power windows and mirrors. Power front seats. 2 Saab key fobs. Saab floormats. Did recall on two front airbags. A/c works great. Ran through shop recently. New abs hub, back brakes and calipers. No other issues on inspection. No warning lights, engine lights or other dash lights on. Passed mass state inspection. Automatic transmission. Newer tire (less than 5k on them). Car is mechanical sound. All weather car cover inc. No water stains in headliner. No leaks in roof. Car has no dents, dings or deep scratches on exterior. Rims are in great condition and top is not faded. Car does have a few scuffs on the spoiler under the front bumper of car from parking. Car has a few easily fixable cosmetic imperfections: passenger side light missing lens but light works. The stitching in the front seats is coming undone (common for Saabs) but easily repairable with any upholsterer. Leather has no tears and otherwise in great condition. Dash cup holder is broken needs to be replaced. Lastly a few scratches on interior from being used.

I am the third owner of this car and have had it since summer 2023. Since then I have installed a new OEM Viggen clutch kit AND slave cylinder, I also took the extra step of having the flywheel resurfaced at a local machine shop that I take all my machining needs to. The car has a new radiator, water pump, resealed oil pan and new seals inside the pan, pickup cleaned out too. New front rotors and pads, steel braided coolant and oil lines on turbo, new axle seals on transmission, poly lower control arm bushings, 4 good condition used tires (about 70% life), timing chain tensioner seals, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets redone. The top doesn't currently go down, it did before it went in the garage for the new clutch, the battery has a draw on it too from the what I believe to be the amp. Over night won't drain the battery but driving occasionally I disconnect the negative terminal. The A/C blows ice cold and heat works great. Car also come with a wind screen and stage 3 HBSaabs tune.

Drives great, powerful and smooth shifting. Clean Carfax, White with Black Leather Interior in great condition. Automatic roof works fine and looks good. New BF Goodrich Tires. Not rusty, but peeling clearcoat. Pixelated SID reads "SERVICE THEFT ALARM". No CEL. Recent tires, plugs, AC compressor, water pump, alternator, serpentine belt. AC Wiring needs to be repaired.

She's not just a car—she's got charm, soul, and a serious need for open roads and spirited drivers. All original, well-maintained, rust free Southern car serviced by factory trained Saab mechanics at The Saaab Store in Tampa, FL and Rocky Top in Montague, MA. The top has refurbished hydraulic and mechanical systems and was cleaned and sealed with 2 coats of waterproofing. Calipers, rotors and pads were replaced at 58,000 miles. Serviced at 60,000 miles, complete with transmission flush and fluid change. Tires and wheels are in good condition (2 sets of wheels). Power seats with memory. Power mirrors with auto down for reversing. Purchased 7 years ago in FL. It has been driven 2,000-3,000 miles per year since then. Five speed finished in red has a tan interior. The car starts runs and drives has no check engine lights. The AC blows ice cold. It has a more then decent set of tires on it. No exhaust leaks all the windows go up and down the power top functions properly. I have a one owner clean Connecticut title in hand with bill of sale For new owner. There's absolutely no rust on it. The underside is in solid no scale or soft spots anywhere. this car was always garage and only used during the good weather being a New England car. It really does show because there is no rust anywhere on the body and it has an original paint no accidents. The motor has plenty of power. I just changed the belts and the idler pulley no issues with the clutch. And the five speed transmission shifts smoothly there are no overwhelming issues whatsoever. Enthusiasts, here is your opportunity to own a truly rare SAAB. This 9-3 performance legend is one of only ninety six triple black convertibles manufactured. The car has always been garaged and has been consistently maintained at Conntech SAAB of Warwick RI. There is a folder of receipts to verify all repairs performed during my thirteen years of ownership. Several upgrades have been made such as a stage 1 ECU remap unlocking another thirty horsepower, a lightened flywheel, steering rack brace(rescue kit), larger rear anti sway bar and a front cowl strut brace. The car also has a set of four new Sumatomo tires mounted on original Viggen rims. There are some minor scrapes and paint chips on the exterior, plus the driver's seat bolster needs the usual repair but the rest of the interior is excellent. The car is currently off the road, in garage storage. This is one awesome car and will not fail to put a smile on your face. Beautiful condition, all-original Saab 9-3 Arc Convertible with the sought-after 5-speed manual transmission. The car is in overall great condition - I bought it in 2013 and used it as a daily driver until 2018, when I got a sales job, a different car, and relegated the lovely Saab to semi-retirement. Since then, it's been a weekend fun car and trip car, typically driven at least weekly, and always long enough to get it fully warmed up. The car is still fully stock, never raced or tuned. I've been a Saab owner for more than 30 years, and have always just fixed it when it needed it with OEM or better parts, with Taliaferro in Springfield handling anything that was over my head. The Garmin Driveluxe 51 GPS unit you see in the pictures is a semi-permanent installation, with its own power supply behind the dash. The car also has a Kinovo Bluetooth unit in the console, so you can run Bluetooth audio from your phone through the speakers, and have the Garmin for maps. Almost as good as having Android Auto/Carplay built-in!

I have 4 Saabs and I've run out of garage space so my little Viggen is available for sale. This fabulous little car is a joy to drive and turns heads every time we head out into the sunshine. I recently had the vehicle professionally re-sprayed and she looks fabulous. There are a few cosmetic items to be replaced but if you're after a lovely convertible with everything working, this is a great car. interior carpet has been completely replaced in 2023, the driver's seat is hand-made & brand new. The engine runs like a train, plus I had the clutch & slave cylinder replaced. Convertible top works perfectly. I'm no mechanic, so all the servicing and repairs have been performed by Mike Green from Charleston SC, a Saab trained technician since 1983. The car has no warning lights and the turbo kicks like it should! I can't make it to the convention in July, but this would make a fine entry for a fellow enthusiast. 2.8 liter twin scroll turbo 6 cylinder. 6 speed manual transmission. My car is kind of a unicorn. Very few AERO's came with a manual transmission. There is a cult following for the car with a manual transmission. The car has always been garaged and I always park at the end of the parking lot. Just ask my daughter, but you might get an earful about how far she had to walk. The car has a 'night panel' button that reduces all the dash lighting except for the speedometer. It also has a rear fog light, so hopefully no one will rear-end you. I have recently replaced the water pump, bought new tires, had an alignment, and changed the oil. It runs like a top (whatever that means). I have had a couple of parking lot scrapes which have been been fixed with new parts. Everything works on the car, except for the map display. The DVD has to be cleaned or the laser is out of alignment. I picked the colors and options I wanted and then drove it in Sweden before having it shipped home. I have the European license plates and almost every receipt for service I have done on the car. I am asking the price above which I feel is a fair price for the condition of the car.

You will love this car as much as I do! And it's the perfect time for you to have fun in the sun! Overall, the car is in very good condition. Beautiful lime yellow/chartreuse color, black top and gray interior. Interior driver's seat leather has some cracking, but otherwise the interior is in great condition. Exterior has some scrapes on the spoiler, but again, is otherwise in good shape. It's been in one accident, but no issues as a result. The car has been regularly maintained. My mechanic indicated it needs some work, but that nothing is critical or needs to be done any time soon (primary issue is minor leaking of the power steering pump and oil level sensor). Also, the right front tire pressure sensor is out, which means you'll have to clear the error code when you start up the car, which is not a big deal. In fact, my mechanic thinks someone will be driving this car long after I stop driving!
