I don't know about the SRS Light but with other error codes I've found that disconnecting the battery and turing on the ignition will turn off my check engine light and I'm assuming that if the light is off the codes are reset. I think turning the ignition on drains whatever juice is left in the system. Maybe I'm full if it but it seems to work.
