Hello everybody, while I checked the spark plugs on my '93 9000 with 2,3 DI (non turbo, european version) engine I came up to one millimeter. Is that normal? In former times it was 0.7 millimeter. Neither in the Haynes manual nor in the car manual I can find anything abot the recommended spark plug gap. Do any of the mechanics out there have an idea? What about the performance and/or starting behaviour with a "wrong" gap? TIA. Regards, Oliver Grewe email: ogrewenopsamoot.com
