Trevor, I am a SAAB dealer in central Ohio and this all seems to be correct info. The acquisition fee is $595 because in order for the dealer to use the Saab special lease program, we have to use Chase Manhattan Bank- no exceptions. Taxes are calculated differently in different states so even if in Ohio we pay tax only on the monthly payment, in Virginia tax might be calculated on the value of vehicle. I wouldn't be afraid to ask your dealer to simply sit down with you and explain the situation. The dealer, unlike some of your other responses may suggest, wants you to understand how the lease works and be comfortable with everything about it. If you need any other help, don't hesitate to contact me at ryselmannopsamnet.com. Todd Reiselman Trevor wrote: > Looking at leasing a 9-3 in Northern VA - > > I've never leased before.
