The best supplier I can recommend is SAS, in Oregon.  They have a 
website at www.sasab.com ... I don't know anywhere that sells any 
fuel injection system cleaners online, but I would consider contacting
SPG9, as they are a Redline reseller and might be able to supply the
Redline Injector Cleaner (my preference).  They too have a website
at www.spg9.com
