hello, just wondering if there are any known places to look for problems with the sending unit, wiring, float, etc for the gas gauge on my '87 900 Turbo S. it reads fairly well, but occasionally it will jump up or down a little bit, and i qm never sure whether (when it goes down) if it was stuck and now changed or what. it will also occasionally jump back up some as well, so i suspect that is is something in the sending unit, or the wiring. any ideas here? thanks in advance. -- Nate t.
