Didn't you get a 3 year 50K mile warranty? All of the problems you listed are covered, except for the misplaced back seat adjuster. That is a tight place to reach when the door is closed. I've got a '00 9-3 and the only 'problem' I've experienced to date (knock on wood) was the carpet popping out from underneath the front of the doorsill cover on the drivers side. Of course I thought the lack of a cooling fan when the engine shut down was a problem as well. How did the plastic in your center console start coming apart?
