Truth be told, it felt like strong crosswinds playing havoc with the steering. First one way, then the other. Lots of people were pulling over but I couldn't understand why. A few minutes later I turned on the radio to catch the World Series; there were no stations broadcasting (or very few). Only when I got off the freeway and saw that all the traffic lights were out and that traffic was backed up everywhere did I begin to suspect something was amiss. I finally pulled in a station and they reported that part of the Bay Bridge was down!! Then I started to put it together. As I sat motionless in traffic we were hit by a 5.4 magnitude aftershock. That one I felt. - Rob Malkin devil <devilnopsamlobal.net> wrote in message news:3A9EDEB1.1AFA4AB3nopsamlobal.net... > Rob Malkin wrote: > > > > My Honda Prelude had the same problem while driving on the freeway here in > > the S.F.
