Extrapolating from /50/ tyres, I estimate that the correct pressure for /45/ tyres should be ~ 38-41 psi, this is a pretty hard, unless the suspension is set up for such tyres. I changed from 195/65/15 on my 9000 CSE to 205/55/16, it feels just right. I wouldn't like anything harder than that.
