Look at Harley-Davidson. They sold to AMF, and AMF tried all this new stuff which failed miserably, even the advertising. Once the owners bought it back, it flourished. Look at the money they make now. There is nothing wrong with paying good money for a good product. I just feel dismayed at how that money is put to use within the company and also I also feel that bigger is NOT always better. It just causes more red tape. I like GM as a company, I have nothing against them. They saw Saab as a money maker for them, or they wouldn't have bought it. But, I am leary of what it means to the consumer. I've seen it too many times. ~J~
