I agree, the cruise control is very non-intuitive and confusing. Every 4 or 5 months I take a long enough road trip where I use the cruise control. It always takes me some time to re-learn how to use it. The cruise control on my Mercury Villager was very intuitive and much simpler to use than my SAAB 9-5. Nonetheless, I still love my 9-5.
