As far as I know all (manual) 2.3l turbos here in the UK were 200bhp, except for the 2.3l Carlsson which was 220bhp - I can't comment on other markets. Pre '92 turbos also had an optional sports suspension and optional big alloys, so by aftermarket tweeking of the APC you could come close to an Aero without the initial cost if you are no fussed about the trim.
