You might want to subscribe to alldataDIY.com for your car. FOr about $25 you can get a majority of the repair info and all the TSB details, right down to labor/parts costs and instructions. The TSB is SI No. 852-1878, dated July 1998. It lists .4 hours of labor *per* seat to repair this problem. They don't have any information/estimates on cable replacement. Bob
