Generally a hybrid turbo is a T3 turbine with a T4 compressor, allows a lot more flow without as much lag as a full T4. From the picture the car looks nice, and I'm sure they've put a lot more money into it than the selling price, still I'd be hesitant to buy someone else's customized car.
