If you are in the US, you must negotiate the purchase with a local dealer that will deliver the car to you in the US after you have finished using it in Europe. The dealers have a price list that includes a discount for cars purchased this way. Occasionally (usually around now) they offer two free airfares to Europe as part of the program.
