I hope that they > don't put in roof rails, I hate them. I don't care for them either, particularly because most are more cosmetic than useful. But recessed roof rack tracks would be great, for those of us who carry several bicycles, small boats, etc. Saab should pair up with Thule, like VW did with the Jetta Trek. Swedish car, Swedish racks. Rolling the cost of the racks into the car loan is a good selling tool. I like the looks of the car overall, though the C-pillar is awfully chunky. The tailights do break it up some, but it's kind of a Volvo ripoff. I bet there's a huge blind spot, and that the view through the rear window is rather tunnel-like. This is a nice looking car, but nowhere near as nice looking as the Mazda, Audi, Lexus, or BMW wagons. I like the 9-3 sedan very much. In overall concept it's the same as many other cars, but done very well. I don't think this carries over to the wagon as well as with some others. Matt O.
