By early I mean the 1998 (not offered in North America) thru first half of 2000 model year. Do you have an EPC to show what parts changed on the 9-5 with the advent of the later style rear calipers? I would start there unless someone posts who has done this conversion and has the instructions.
If I were doing this, I would try to fit the ventilated rear discs that came on later 9-5 Aeros. In for a penny - in for a pound.
