Fine, if you just want a number, I'll bite:
Wire gauge appears to be #4, so 135A max rating, but of course for starting that doesn't mean anything since it is an intermittent peak load. The battery is group 47, which varies but 500-650CCA seems typical.
If I were to make up some numbers, I'd say on a warm day with a hot engine, you might only need 50A-100A to start the car, but in extreme cold with some thick oil I bet you'd see 300A peak draw or more.
A random charger/starter unit I located online that you might buy for a typical auto shop appears to have 185A and 250A starting modes. I think that supports my guesses somewhat.
