Sounds like the seller is the culprit in this transaction. E-Bay has a "Resolution Department" that can assist you. Check for any disclaimers, reserve selling price, deposit requirements, etc. Sometimes just a letter from E-Bay will rattle the seller's cage, which would allow the transaction to proceed. Hiring a lawyer (long distance) can be a costly proposition, especially if the seller is a "Dealer". They usually know all the tricks of the trade. Involve E-Bay into your transaction problem before you proceed to contact a lawyer. Good Luck.
