I used a "parts" washer when I was in the printing industry; it was a large sink which pumped solvent that cleaned rollers and clean-up trays. It recirculated the solvent, and Safety-Kleen serviced it. I would suggest you check offset printing supply sources and use what is called "blanket wash". You want to use one that dries quickly; they have the least "wet" feeling after use. However, those have the highest flammable ratings, thus are a greater risk for fire. Don't recommend water miscible solvents (you add water); while they clean, they leave an oily film, hence needing a more volatile solvent to dry it.
I used to get the 5-gal buckets, but 1 gallon cans are available, too. If you can't find a stand-alone supply house operated by a paper company, check with a local printer, and see who they get their solvents from.
