Neil, these comments are from a Alfa blog of some sort. I was surprised that most had no idea what an oil change costs. The link is to an ad for a new Alfa Quadrifoglio here in the Northern VA area. Looks to be approx. 5% ($4000.00) discount. Leasing seems to be very popular and turning the car in before the costly 30,000 mile warranty maintenance. There was one guy that was convinced that the $25.00 per quart oil that he was bringing in was being kept by the tech and a lesser grade of oil was being used. He ended up taking it to a Jeep distributor. Keep in mind, these blogs are from Alfa owners.

Denver based here and just got quoted $430 for an oil change. How does that compare to others around the country?
Cost of oil service
Just changed oil on my Ti Q4 for the first time at 4,000 miles. The 10k service is free, but I didn't want to wait that long for the first change (there are lots of comments about this on other threads) as new engines always shed a bit more metal as they break-in. But I was a little shocked at what the dealer charged. The labor cost was $169 plus $17.44 for the filter and $81.60 for 6 quarts of oil. Add tax and shop fees and the total was $285! I did get a little drawing of the car showing that all systems were checked in addition to the oil and filter. I also got a nice Stelvio loaner to use. But I think I'll be doing my own oil changes in the future!
Shop fees? Actually, at $99.04 for filter and oil I figure $250 at most if they are not trying to rip you off. With no warnings going on they aren't checking all systems, trust me. I had my exhaust installed yesterday and watched them do it. They wrote, 16 point system check but just installed the exhaust. I think they do that to satisfy Alfa or to enhance their customer ratings. Labor at my dealer is $140 per hour.
I know the oil change with the first 1 year or 10,000 miles (not a mile over or a day over) is covered under the US basic warranty. If they do anything else I don't know what they charge. I don't know if they charge a different price on the QV vs the other Trims. My guess Yes. Since there is no prepaid maintenance offered by Alfa on the QV or 4C my guess is they cost more for each maintenance. They are not the same engine and assuming it will cost more. I was told 350 and then it goes up for the years for the spark plugs and belts cabin filters etc. The list goes on and on. So not sure we can compare prices across Trims and models
