- 1995 Saab 9000 Aero (Posted 11/25/2025)

Color: Silver Metallic Trans: Automatic Mileage: 143,265 Price: $8300
I got this car back in 2022 from New Mexico, and since it's only lived in New Mexico and Colorado since new, it's completely rust free. Clean CarFax showing 3 owners since new. It's never seen a New England winter, or salt anywhere for that matter. I have gone completely through the car, and as this list will show, all 9000 issues have been addressed, or at least checked. Since I've owned it, the car has been garaged, and sitting, all this work was just done, to prep it for sale. Before even starting the work, I bought another 9000, and I'm only going to keep one. I however, went through this car as if it was going to be something I kept, meaning it's ready to drive, and doesn't need work. Please don't forget, this is a 30 year old car though. It runs, drives, and shifts beautifully. I've put a couple hundred trouble free miles on it, and it's a pleasure to drive. The overwhelming majority of work performed was done with factory new Saab parts, only using aftermarket sparingly/where necessary. Work just performed includes (I'm not listing every single part replaced-for example all necessary gaskets were replaced while doing the head gasket, plus the bolts, etc. You get the idea-this is a long list, I'm not trying to make it insanely long.): new head gasket (head machined prior to gasket replacement), new water pump, new thermostat, new coolant expansion tank (with cap and level sensor), all new do88 silicone coolant hoses, new do88 heater core hoses, new plastic junction tubes to heater core, new heater core, new radiator, new coolant temperature sensor, new do88 idle air control valve silicone hoses, new spark plugs, new crankshaft position sensor, block repainted, valve cover repainted, new valve cover gasket, new timing chain guide/pad in valve cover, Genuine Saab Valve cover dress up kit installed, windshield replaced, new oil pump housing o-ring and front crankshaft seal, new rear main seal, new power steering pressure hose and return hose, new CV axle shafts, new front sway bar end links, new cat back exhaust system including flex pipe plus factory Saab stainless steel accessory sport exhaust tip, new tie rod/steering rack boots, new outer tie rod ends, new air filter, new fuel filter, new fuel pump and check valves (windshield washer fluid reservoir doesn't leak), new tires mounted and balanced on freshly refinished Aero wheels, alignment performed, new front and rear wheel bearing hubs, new rear brake caliper piston dust boots, new rear brake hoses, brake pads and rotors all the way around, new transmission fluid, new hood and hatch hold up struts, 2 keys with 2 working remote fobs, new rear sway bar bushings, new front right motor mount, new upper motor mount/torque rod bushings, new right front control arm bushings, new oil pressure sensor, new windshield washer sprayers/nozzles and check valves/hoses, and more that I can't think of at the moment. I will provide the new owner a complete list of all work I have performed. The A/C is ice cold, the heat is piping hot, the heated seats work, all functions of the power seats work, all dash bulbs/illumination are operational, the dash is incredibly clean, the headliner is in great shape, the sunroof works, all power door locks work, the radio works, the tape deck works, the CD player works, the power antenna works, all interior lights work, the tail lights have good bulb holder boards, all exterior lighting is crack free, and the car has just been professionally detailed inside and out. I have TONS of pictures of this car, so please ask for anything specific. While the windshield was out, I took pictures of the frame-no rust. On that note, I know I have already said this car is completely rust free, but let me clarify. Rear shock towers are solid, rear inner quarters are solid, wheel arches are solid, jack points are solid, fenders are solid, rear quarters are solid, rear trunk is solid, complete floors are solid-NO RUST! Even the rear brake dust shields look brand new! If I haven't made it clear, I know these cars inside and out, and I've gone above and beyond to make sure the next owner is getting an incredibly well serviced 9000. The body is in great shape, and the paint (all original) really shined up nice. The interior is also in incredible shape, at least a solid 8.5/10. The drivers seat has some wear, and is probably the biggest thing holding it back from being a 10. All four door reflector lights are good. The car also has the accessory center console cupholder. All wood trim pieces are crack free. I am also including (if the buyer wants them) a European front plate holder, and a factory Saab accessory sunroof wind deflector. I am not saying this to be arrogant, but you are probably not going to find too many 9000s (especially not Aero's) that are this nice of cars.

SOLD
Color: Silver Trans: Manual Mileage: 195,000 Price: $10,000
One of the cleanest 9000s you'll find despite the mileage - single owner before me (I put only ~10k mi on it), garage kept, well maintained with original parts and specialized service shops. No rust, no problems. Clean interior, no tears. Email me for more photos/videos.

Color: Purple Trans: Automatic Mileage: 29,000 Price: $6500
29k original miles. The car is in wonderful shape and had $8000 of work done at Scott Carrs Auto Shack in January 2024. All work done is pictured in the receipts included in the gallery. The car runs and drives well as one would expect. Please reach out for any specific photos/questions. Clean MA Title, selling because it does not get used much and has lost garage space. It also has new tires/battery and fuel pump.

- 1995 Saab 9000CSE Turbo (Posted 8/6/2025)
SOLD
Color: Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 156,000 Price: $3000
Selling my beloved Saab 9000 CSE Turbo 1995, 5 speed stick, 156k miles on it. I have had this car for about 20 years (since 90k miles) and always took good care of it. OCD about synthetic oil changes, have complete and detailed service history (see attached service records photos). However, at this point I have too many cars and a stick shift old car is definitely not a family priority, so, need to let it go. Not really looking to make any major money on it as long as it goes to good hands, someone who appreciates it, can tinker and take good care of it. If for the work below you would need to bring the car to a shop, this is not a car for you, it will cost a fortune (all the little things add up). But if you want to tinker, these are all simple, weekend jobs, I just don’t have the time. Ill provide a Haynes manual and wiring diagrams. Also, bunch of spare parts and a spare tranny (without second gear). Car is well maintained where it matters. The car runs and drives, no problems, doesn’t smoke, no oil in coolant/coolant in oil. It has many mods, both engine and suspension (see below), super fun and is actually quite fast (about 300hp). Lots of maintenance done, see photos. Starts from the first crank, doesn’t overheat, no issues mechanically. Shifts through all gears, gears don’t pop out, don’t grind, no problems at all. Boosts to 13-15 psi consistently, on roll on def goes higher. Its probably too stiff for city streets but is awesome on smooth curvy roads. It will not pass CA SMOG as it has an aftermarket cat, currently registered out of state (NJ). It should pass the sniffer test however (at least it did last time I did it), so, no problems with the actual emissions, just the visual CA inspection would fail. Paint is faded on bumpers, there are some minor dings here and there, this is definitely not a garage queen/perfect condition car. Drivetrain Modifications: MAPTUN Stage 3 ECU tune (~$1400 with the exhaust and filter), 3 inch turbo back JT exhaust with racing cat, K&N air filter with drilled airbox, ETS big intercooler ($700), Lightened Aluminum SPEC flywheel ($400), SPEC Stage 2+ clutch and pressure plate (just installed) ($850), Silicone coolant hoses ($200), Forge blow off valve ($200), Forge wastegate actuator ($200), Polyurethane Torque Arm bushing, Solid rubber engine mounts, Polyurethane trans mount Suspension Modifications: Koni Yellow adjustable shocks all around ($500), Polyurethane control arm bushes, Polyurethane sway bar bushes, Upgraded rear sway bar ($200), Lowering springs H&R ($300). Wheels: has custom spacers which change the bolt pattern to 4x100 (honda civic) instead of the 4x108 saab pattern ($800), so that you can get easy aftermarket wheels. So, now you can buy any size honda civic wheels rather than being stuck with the weird saab pattern. Dunlop summer performance tires front and rear, 225 front, 215 rear. Things that are not working/I would fix if keeping the car: Valve cover is leaking, super slow, never ends up on the ground. Ill provide an erling gasket kit; Small coolant leak from the radiator plug (the optional hole that is used on auto cars). Again, super slow, if sits for a week get a tiny spot on the ground. Its been seeping for a long time, just swap the radiator, day of work, $140 for nissens part. Or just keep an eye on the coolant; Steering rack is leaking, I would probably change and flush the system. Makes the whole underside unsightly. But again, slow, no real spots in the garage; There is a slight clunk in the front over hard acceleration, maybe the engine mount is due, been a while since the change; There is probably a leak in the windshield washer tank. I have a spare tank that Ill include. The windshield washer works, just weak flow and doesn’t hold water above some level; The ambient temp sensor is missing, so, you don’t get the readout in the dash. Just get one off ebay and connect, a quick fix (should be under the front bumper); Driver’s heated seat doesn’t work; Drivers seat doesn’t go up and down (motor works, I think it the little cable thing); Cruise control doesn’t work. Never tried to troubleshoot/fix, no idea what it is; Central locks work but after 2-3 actuations blow a fuse. I bet there is a sticking door lock motor somewhere. If you change a fuse it will work once or twice, then blow again. Otherwise the key works fine; The rear window switches in the doors only make the windows go down and not up. But from the main panel between the seats they open and close fine; Car has cosmetic dings here and there. Most annoyingly, a pick up truck backed into me a couple of years ago bending the hood and breaking the headlight. Swapped the headlight, but the hood has a small ding (see photos). Otherwise no dents on the car. This is as far as I know, trying to be as transparent as I can be. Def not perfect. But if you have the time and space to tinker, probably two/three solid weekends and all of this can be fixed for pretty cheap. I unfortunately just do not have the time. This is a super fun car. Located in Bay Area, CA.
