sunroof & protective strip
Posted by Elle Chan (more from Elle Chan) on Thu, 4 May 1989 19:34:53
I have both the air-deflector and protective strip on my 83 900turbo....havefound them a real nice addition.the air deflector [or whatever it is called] really reduces the noise fromdriving [especially at high speeds] and cuts down on the windyness that cancause chaos inside the car...no damage to the finish of the car, I have had afew rattles with it, but its 5 years old, on a black car-the beating summersun is sure to do something to the rummer strip that secures it. the rattlesare few and diminish with the changing weather.the protective strip has surely saved me some rust from airborne gravel etcwhich my sister has incurred on her unprotected 82. bugs also tend to getpermenantly baked onto that area.neither of them are too costly-especially for what they're worth to the lifeand enjoyment of your car...good luck-elleECHANno39sdcx6spamx782hampvms.bitnet
