Hole In Bumper [saabnet.com]

My '96 900SE now has a hole in the top of the front bumper, gouged by some
loose trim on a truck that came too close. I'd like to simply cover it to
keep the rain out, but I don't know what will stick. It's a waxy plastic,
slightly resembling polypropylene. Any suggestions?
